Shipping & Returns
Hope35 offers free ground shipping via USPS or UPS on all domestic orders (USA only) placed on our website.
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so please understand that each campaign has a designated “order period”. Once that period is over, we promptly order and print all shirts. That process may take 10 to 12 business days. When your order ships you can expect it to arrive within 2-8 business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email which includes an electronic tracking number.
If you need to have your shipment re-routed to a new address please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com
Return & Exchange Policy
Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 35 days from the original shipping date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $6 handling fee on all refunds.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at email@example.com.
Your order is part of a fundraiser for a family in need. Hope35 has all shirts printed at the same time to keep them affordable. However, we print a few extra shirts for each fundraiser because we want to accommodate exchanges when feasible. If we have an extra shirt in the size you need, we will gladly honor your request.
Exchanges can be made within 35 days from the original shipping date
We cover the full cost of replacing defective products
Size changes (if available) are free minus shipping anywhere in the USA
Original shipping charges are not refundable
