Why isn’t Hope35 a non-profit organization?

This was a difficult decision to make.  We carefully weighed the pros and cons. Hope35 is a very personal venture for our family.  All three of us have battled severe cancer treatments.  Our family gains fulfillment from helping others.  We have owned and managed two businesses with aggressive growth and financial gain as the goal.   Neither ended up being fulfilling.  This time we want to make Hope35 a family mission and not an organization ran by an appointed Board of Directors.  Hope35 is ultimately about our family helping your family!

How much does each shirt cost?

The price per shirt varies from $17.65 to $31.75.  Factors that we review with you prior to opening a campaign are: shirt quality options, number of colors per print, and your fundraising goals.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 35 days from the original shipping date.

Question 4

Do you accept returns for size exchanges?

Accepted Answer

These are custom made shirts.  We provide size charts and sizing advice directly from past customers to help you choose the correct shirt size.  Also, keep in mind we are donating almost all the profit to the families in need.  We print a few extra shirts for each fundraiser because we want to accommodate exchanges when feasible.  If we have an extra shirt in the size you need, we will gladly honor your request

Question 5

If we use the campaign to raise funds, are we responsible to pay income tax on the gift?

No.  Hope35 pays our friends at the Federal Government.

Question 6

How long will it take to get my shirt?

Accepted Answer

Each campaign has a designated “order period”.  Once that period is over, we promptly order and print all shirts.  That process may take 10 to 12 business days. When your order ships you can expect it to arrive within 2-8 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email which includes an electronic tracking number.

How can I make my purchase more meaningful to the family?

We love this question!  It’s not just about providing a fundraising platform.  We create a Facebook page dedicated to each campaign.  We encourage friends and family to post pictures rocking their new t-shirt and add words of encouragement.  Hope35 will create a picture book keepsake for the family to show that they are not alone in creating a bright future, in owning their new normal, and keeping a positive outlook
